The Butcher Block with Silicone Juice Groove

For those who enjoy a mess-free kitchen space, we recognized the need for a juice groove on the cutting board, but we didn’t want to do it the traditional way. The Decent Butcher Block Juice Groove model turned the problem of a traditional juice groove into an opportunity. We moved the juice groove off the top cutting surface and into the side, giving you full use of the surface and allowing the juice to simply drain off the edge into an infinity pool. To ensure long-lasting durability, our juice groove is made of removable food-grade silicone that will need to be removed for the washing and drying of the board.
